Nova Archery designs bows for serious use and supports customers through ownership records, service review, and warranty evaluation.

NOVA bows are covered by a lifetime limited warranty, subject to warranty evaluation and the exclusions described below.

Prepare the right ownership and product details before contacting Nova support.

Step 01

Register

Register your bow with model, color, serial number, purchase date, and dealer or order details.

Step 02

Document

Take clear photos of the bow, affected area, labels, serial number, and full product condition.

Step 03

Submit

Contact Nova with your details and wait for support instructions before sending anything in.

Warranty Notes

Warranty review depends on product condition, ownership records, purchase channel, and the nature of the issue.

  • Damage caused by misuse, dry fire, unsafe tuning, unauthorized modification, or improper service may not qualify.
  • Always use qualified service and proper tools for press, string, cable, cam, or limb work.
  • Keep proof of purchase and do not ship a product back until Nova support provides instructions.
